- Resistant to penetration by blood/fluids, wet bacterial penetration, biologically contaminated aerosols & powders
- Permeation and chemical penetration protection against a basic range of chemicals: Sulphuric Acid: 96% Class 6 (Permeation), Class 3 (Penetration); Sodium Hydroxide 10% Class 3 (Penetration); Xylene - Class 3 (Permeation); 1-Butanol - Class 3 (Penetration)

- Delivery after dispatch: typically 1–2 business days in the Durban metro, 2–5 elsewhere in South Africa, and up to 7 for remote areas. These are courier estimates
- Free delivery on orders over R2,000 incl. VAT. Otherwise shipping is calculated at checkout

- Damaged in transit? Tell us within 24 hours. Wrong or short items: within 5 business days
- Changed your mind? Return unused items in original packaging within 7 days for a refund, or within 14 days for an exchange or credit. Return shipping is at your cost
- Faulty? You're covered for 6 months, and you choose a refund, replacement or repair
- Not returnable for change of mind: branded or custom items, opened disposable PPE, footwear worn outdoors, and used fall-arrest or arc-flash equipment
