- In-stock, unbranded items ordered and paid before 12:00 on a business day are dispatched the same day
- Items we source from suppliers or split from full cases are dispatched within 1–3 business days
- Branded items: we send your artwork proof within 1–3 business days, and the production time starts once you approve it
- Delivery after dispatch: typically 1–2 business days in the Durban metro, 2–5 elsewhere in South Africa, and up to 7 for remote areas. These are courier estimates
- Free delivery on orders over R2,000 incl. VAT. Otherwise shipping is calculated at checkout

- Damaged in transit? Tell us within 24 hours. Wrong or short items: within 5 business days
- Changed your mind? Return unused items in original packaging within 7 days for a refund, or within 14 days for an exchange or credit. Return shipping is at your cost
- Faulty? You're covered for 6 months, and you choose a refund, replacement or repair
- Not returnable for change of mind: branded or custom items, opened disposable PPE, footwear worn outdoors, and used fall-arrest or arc-flash equipment
