  • Delivery after dispatch: typically 1–2 business days in the Durban metro, 2–5 elsewhere in South Africa, and up to 7 for remote areas. These are courier estimates
  • Free delivery on orders over R750 incl. VAT (standard parcels), and on all domestic orders over R2,000. Otherwise shipping is calculated at checkout

Return Policy
  • Damaged in transit? Tell us within 24 hours. Wrong or short items: within 5 business days
  • Wrong size or changed your mind? Tell us within 7 days of receipt. Items must be unused, unbranded and in their original packaging. Return shipping is at your cost
  • Faulty? You're covered for 6 months, and you choose a refund, replacement or repair
  • Not returnable for change of mind: branded or custom items, opened disposable PPE, footwear worn outdoors, and used fall-arrest or arc-flash equipment
